Lemme ask you, what you need?

Everyone is tested in different kind of way.
Life, marriage, finance, study, and whatnot.
Full of challenges, ups and downs.

Life is unpredictable, indeed.

Thus, we need a really good support system.
Mentally especially.

You need to pay attention to your mental health.
It is important, a really really important matter.
Once you get into a "breakdown" moment, it's hard for you to get recover.

But it doesn't means that you will be in that state forever, you will recover, but it requires a lot of efforts, energy and time.

So this is my version of; What WE Need 😊💚

⦿ Full support (Mentally)
For the fighters and survivors, what they really need is mental support. Mental support is where you need to give a lot of attention to them. Never ever let them feel like they are alone, nobody is with them. We have to constantly ask them:

"Are you okay today?"
"Do you need anything?"
"You need me to listen to anything?"

It's really helpful, trust me.

⦿ More caregivers and helpers
As we all knows, we don't have enough psychologists. Sometimes the fighters can't wait any longer, something is bursting inside them. The longer they wait, the worst they can be. So we need more professional caregivers that can help them feeling better at the moment.

When I said, we need more caregivers, I mean the non-judgemental.

⦿ End "that" stigma
Seriously, that stigma is killing us. Slowly.
And that stigma is so lame, I'm sorry.

⦿ Understanding people.
The fighters and survivors really need to surround themselves with positive, understanding people. Please leave immediately if you are facing a toxic circle. If they can't understand your condition, I hope you are not making a decision to just stay.
Leave.
Please.

And people, stop being judgemental to them.
If you don't have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all.
You will know how they feel when you fit in their shoes.

To all fighters and survivors,
You will get better, you will recover.
Please, trust me.

Much love 💚
